Our Story
NWA Bed & Biscuit was created for one single reason - to provide all pets and pet parents the services, care and support they need and deserve. Since being established in 2024, we’ve proudly served the NWA area and continue to open our doors every day with a smile. Take a look throughout our site to learn more about all that we offer. We are located at 831 Elm Springs Rd Elm Springs Arkansas 72762. We care for the dogs in a second home on my five acres so we are always present for the pets that stay.

Maggie (Manager)
Maggie's childhood dream job was to open a pet hotel after seeing the movie Hotel for Dogs. She would be ecstatic to find out it's a regular business now! After graduating with a journalism degree from the University of Arkansas, she realized that dream had never left, and she would be much happier working with canines instead of columnists. She has a lifetime of experience (and obsession) with her own dogs, and several years pet-sitting and working at kennels full-time. When she's not at the B&B, she enjoys hiking, photography, DIY projects, and board game nights with friends.
